Martin Funeral Home was established in 1964 by Douglas Martin and has served families throughout Hunterdon, Warren, and Somerset Counties for more than five decades. From the very beginning, the funeral home has been committed to providing compassionate, dignified funeral and cremation services to the community.

Today, the Knoll Family proudly owns and operates Martin Funeral Home, continuing the tradition of excellence set forth by Mr. Martin. Guided by Owner and President, Joanne Knoll, and supported by Director of Funeral Services, Chris Knoll, the family brings nearly 40 years of combined funeral service experience to the families they serve. Chris trained at the American Academy McAllister Institute in New York City and has over 20 years of Funeral Director experience in New Jersey. He has served as Past President of the Morris County Funeral Directors Association and as a Delegate-at-Large for the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association. Chris approaches his work with both professionalism and compassion, offering steady guidance during life’s most difficult moments.
