Obituary of Judith Ann Preble

Judith Ann Preble, 73, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 9th, 2019. Born and raised in Perth Amboy, she resided in Glen Gardner for the past 19 years. Judith graduated Magnum Cumulate from University of Kentucky and furthered her education by completing her MFA in teaching. Judith owned her own business for 10 years while residing in Valparaiso, IN before moving back to her beloved New Jersey. Judith taught art for over 40 years. Her exceptional prowess won her students countless awards throughout the decades; earning her an esteemed reputation in teaching and the honor of being sought after to co-write a series of art textbooks for elementary and middle schoolers. Judith finally retired from the Florence Avenue Elementary; Irvington, NJ in 2011. She enjoyed nature and adventure. She loved to ski, scuba dive, fish, camp and bike. She had a brilliant mind full of incredible concepts. Judith was predeceased by her parents John and Catherine Lopazanski; and her younger brother John J. Lopazanski. Surviving are her loving Daughter Aubrey Preble of Los Angeles; her nephew, Brian Lopazanski, and wife, Lisa of Perth Amboy, John Andrew Lopazanski of Piscataway and Steven Lopazanski of Piscataway; her nieces, Allyson Fizer, and husband, Peter, of Fords and Emily Lopazanski of Fords. Her Sister in-law Pracilla Lopazanski of Picastaway; Linda Lopazanski of Fords and her grand niece and nephews, Mackenzie Fizer, Peter Fizer Jr. and Brandon Lopazanski.
