Kathleen was the first person we met in Hampton. She was a fountain of information about the town. We fondly remember the hours spent sitting on her patio. Her outgoing personality was contagious.

Kathleen was a beloved friend to our family and will be greatly missed. I have MANY fond memories of her as a child at St. Ann's in the rectory, etc. and now as an adult visiting and going out to lunch with her, my mom Karen and my young daughter. We will miss our times together and will think of her often. She was a wonderful person!
Joe and Bill - my deepest sympathy to the both of you. Having lost my Dad just 2 weeks ago, I know how difficult this time is, but with God's assurance,you will get through it. How sad to see the passing of another one of Hampton's Greatest Generation. God bless.

Memories of Mrs. Smolinski are happy ones. Always a smiling face at Hampton School. It was a pleasure to have known such a wonderful, caring woman. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Kathleen was a very dear friend the whole time we worked together @ Hampton School. She will be missed by not only those of us that worked with her but also the great many students with whom she came in contact with. She was the finest example of a caring person I can think of.
I was fortunate to know Kathleen and her family for more than 30 years. In all that time I can never recall a time that I did not enjoy being in her company - she was always caring, loving and enthusiastic about the people that touched her daily life - whether it be it one of her sons, nieces or nephews, grandchildren, neighbors, church companions or even the Hampton residents and polititians! She was a special person who I had the privilege of knowing. She will be missed.
