Lisa Pagano

Obituary of Lisa Pagano

September 27, 1964 – May 16, 2025

Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, and cherished friend, Lisa Teeling Pagano passed away surrounded by love and family. Born on September 27, 1964, in Belleville, NJ, Lisa was the beloved daughter of William Anthony Teeling and Arlene Teeling. She was one of six siblings and shared a close and lifelong bond with Bruce, William, Kevin, Sharon, and Timothy.

Lisa’s early education took place at Immaculate Conception and Immaculata High School before graduating from Bridgewater-Raritan High School West. A determined and driven woman, Lisa became a mother to her daughter, Jessica Puć, at a young age, an experience that shaped her resilience and deepened her capacity for love. She later earned her degree in Marketing from Somerset County College and built a successful career in corporate finance. Most recently, she served as the Accounts Receivable Manager with Pella Corporation, where she was known for her sharp intellect, reliability, and warmth.

In 1998, Lisa married the love of her life, Guy Pagano. Together, they made their home in Union Township, where they raised their daughter Olivia, now 21. Lisa was also a proud and devoted grandmother to Marek, 11, and Violet, 7, and her role as Grandma brought her immense joy.

Lisa was the heart of every gathering—the “hostess with the mostest”—who brought family and friends together with effortless grace, generosity, and warmth. Her home was always open, filled with laughter, delicious food, and the kind of love that only she could give. A woman of deep Catholic faith, she found strength in prayer and remained a steadfast beacon of hope and positivity even in life’s most challenging moments.

Lisa loved the beach, the beauty of flowers, rock and roll and country music, and the simple joys of life. She had a gift for making lasting connections, always quick with a kind word, a warm hug, or a thoughtful gesture. She made friends everywhere she went and treasured each one deeply.

Lisa’s uplifting spirit, boundless generosity, and enduring love for her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was the glue that held so many together, and while her absence leaves an unfillable space, her light will never dim.

She will be forever missed by her husband Guy, daughters Jessica Puc and Olivia Pagano; grandchildren Marek and Violet Puc; her sister, Sharon Clark and her husband Victor; brothers, Bruce Teeling and his wife Kathy, William Teeling, Kevin Teeling and his wife Karin, and Tim Teeling and his wife Patty. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends who were blessed to call her their own.

Lisa was predeceased by her parents, her father-in-law Joel Pagano, sister-in-law Kathryn Teeling, and nephew Todd Kelly.

Friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday, May 20th from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Martin Funeral Home, located at 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809.
