Obituary of Pamela Lynn Covert

Pamela Lynn Covert (née Bell), 61, formerly of Union Township, NJ, and most recently of Richmond, TX, died on October 9, 2025.

Pam was born on October 22, 1963, in Flemington, New Jersey, the daughter of Lynn McCoobery (Martin). Pam grew up in Union Township, New Jersey, and attended North Hunterdon High School. She raised her three daughters in Lebanon Township, NJ.

After many years serving the medical field in different capacities, she earned her nursing degree in 2008 from Warren County Community College and built a successful nursing career, caring for patients of all ages and circumstances. Much of her work focused on older adults in assisted living and rehabilitation centers, including Littlebrook Nursing Home in Califon, NJ, and Country Arch in Pittstown, NJ. She was a gentle, compassionate, and dedicated nurse who cared deeply for each patient she served.

Pam was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter who taught her family the importance of resilience. Her children and grandchildren fondly remember baking endless Christmas cookies during the holiday season. In particular, the shortbread jam sandwiches and peanut butter blossoms hold special memories for her daughters.

After a lifetime of caring for others, her loved ones wish her everlasting peace.

Pam is survived by her children, Veronica Migliaccio (Robert), Melinda Covert, and Jessica Covert (Cooper Loughlin); her grandchildren, Natalia, Ariana, Giuliana, and Dominic Migliaccio; her mother, Lynn McCoobery; her sister, Jacqueline McCoobery; and her cousin, Wendy Davis (Dawn Schwenke).

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th from 12:00 until 2:00 PM with Words of Remembrance beginning at 2:00PM. All services will be held at Martin Funeral Home, located at 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809.
