Obituary of Anthony Gary Petrole

November 11, 1966 – October 21, 2025

Anthony Gary Petrole, 58, of Clinton, New Jersey, passed away on October 21, 2025, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Born on November 11, 1966, in Newark, NJ, Anthony was the beloved son of Joyce (née Hoelzel) Petrole and the late Carl G. “Gary” Petrole.

A skilled carpenter by trade, Anthony took great pride in his craftsmanship and the projects he built throughout his life. He was also a proud member of the Clinton Elks, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and friendship of his fellow members.

Anthony had a deep love of music and a creative spirit that shone through in his writing and his talent for playing guitar. His music brought joy to those around him and reflected his thoughtful and passionate nature.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Antonio and Michael; his cherished granddaughter, Nora; his mother, Joyce; his brother, Giovanni, and sister-in-law, Kathi; his nieces, Gianna, Karla, and Paige; and his nephew, Nicholas. Anthony was predeceased by his father, Carl G. Petrole.

Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, October 29th at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church, located at 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale NJ 08801.
