Obituary of Brett M. Palmer

Brett M. Palmer, 42, passed away on October 21, 2025. Born on March 3, 1983, to Mike and Linda Palmer, Brett was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend — a shining example of kindness, integrity, and love.

Brett’s generosity and leadership touched countless lives. Brett was raised in Babylon, NY, and Milltown, NJ, he carried with him a deep appreciation for family, friendship, and hard work wherever life took him.

His deep knowledge, honesty, and craftsmanship as a business owner earned the respect and trust of everyone who came through his doors.

Beyond his work, Brett found joy on the water and in the outdoors. He loved boating, cars, and fishing, and shared those passions freely with family and friends. Whether tuning an engine, casting a line, or spending time on the boat, Brett’s enthusiasm and easygoing spirit made every moment brighter.

 

He is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie, whom he married on October 4, 2008; his beloved children, Henry (13) and Natalie (10); his mother, Linda Palmer; his father and stepmother, Mike and Ginny Palmer; his sister, Caitlin; his brother, Jason Palmer (Beth); and his nephews, Teddy, Frankie, and Jackson.

Brett will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and unwavering devotion to his family and community. His legacy of love and service will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 26th from 12:00 until 4:00PM at Martin Funeral Home, located at 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809. Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, October 27th at 11:00AM at Martin Funeral Home, please arrive a few minutes prior to 11AM. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery, located at 100 Kingwood Stockton Road, Rosemont NJ 08556.
