Obituary of Margot P Nappo

Margot P. Nappo, 91, of Clinton, NJ, formerly of Stanton, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 27th. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Dorothy (nee Jackson) and John Patrick, Jr.

Margot graduated from Springfield Township High School before continuing her education at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, where she formed lifelong friendships.

In 1978, Margot married Donald M. Nappo, and the couple began their life together in New York, NY, where they lived until 1983 before settling in Stanton, NJ for more than four decades.

Margot had a distinguished and successful career at F. Schumacher & Co., New York, retiring in 2000 as Vice President of Employee Benefits and Corporate Insurance. 

In addition to her husband Don, she is survived by her sisters-in-law, Rose Hanley of Glen Gardner, NJ, Anne Hynes of Ashfield, MA, and Kathleen Patrick of Maryland, as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends who will miss her. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ian M. Patrick.

Margot will be laid to rest privately at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Annandale NJ. Arrangements are under the care of Martin Funeral Home, Clinton, NJ. To send condolences to the family please visit www.martinfh.com
