Martin Funeral Home was originally established in 1964 by Douglas Martin and has been serving families throughout Hunterdon, Warren, and Somerset Counties for more than five decades. From the beginning, the focus has been on providing quality funeral and cremation services with dignity, respect, and care.

Today, the Knoll Family proudly owns and operates Martin Funeral Home, continuing the tradition of excellence set forth by Mr. Martin. Guided by Joanne Knoll, Owner and President, and joined by Director of Funeral Services, Chris Knoll, the family brings nearly 40 years of combined funeral service experience. Chris is a licensed Funeral Director trained at the American Academy McAllister Institute in New York City and has 25 years of experience serving families in New Jersey. He is a past President of the Morris County Funeral Directors Association and has served as a Delegate for the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association.

Under their leadership, Martin Funeral Home has returned to being a true family business—one that is committed to providing professional, compassionate guidance during some of life’s most difficult moments. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, and we promise to care for your family as we would our own.
