Obituary of Anne June Cancro

Anne June Cancro, age 75, of Mooresville NC, formerly of Bedminister NJ passed peacefully on Monday, February 25, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, NC.  Anne was born June 26, 1943 in Bronx, NY. She is the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Mary Ann (Nardi) Gambale. 

Anne had devout faith in Jesus and always believed he was by her side keeping her head up.  Anne was a great listener with sound advice and made friends everywhere she went.

Surviving are her four beloved children Lisa Cernuto and her husband Jeffrey; Debra Otersen; Toni Clarke and her husband Thomas and Frank Cancro and his wife Marisol; Also surviving are her eight treasured grandchildren; Samantha, Stephanie, Jacklyn, Emma, Julianne, Tommy and Ethan. Anne was predeceased by her granddaughter; Jenny, brother; Anthony Gambale, sister; Francis Nadeau and brother in law Earl Nadeau.

A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:00 am on Friday, March 1, 2019 at St. Brigid Church, 129 Main Street, Gladstone, NJ. Visiting will be held prior to the funeral mass in the church starting at 10:15 am Friday morning.  Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Watchung NJ.
