Obituary of Norma Spinks

Norma Spinks, 89, of Pittstown, NJ passed away Sunday March 31, 2019, surrounded by her loving family and caregivers at the Country Arch Care Center in Pittstown, NJ. Born on April 11, 1929, Norma was the daughter of the late Henry and Zita Kroschel. She was a loving wife to her late husband, Edward P. Spinks, and together they raised their eight sons, all of whom survive her passing along with 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother, Karl Kroschel of Clinton, NJ. Together with her brother Karl, Norma was the Co-owner of the Coach & Paddock restaurant in Clinton, NJ. She was involved in numerous community programs including the Boy Scouts, Lion's Club, and most recently, volunteered at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. Those who knew her best remember her for her caring nature and her devotion to her family, friends, and employees. Relatives and friends may gather on Wednesday April 3, at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 State Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809 from 9:00 am until the start of the service at 11:00 am.
