Obituary of Marialice C DeCleene

Marialice C. DeCleene, age 90, of Union Township NJ, passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Country Arch Care Center. Marialice was born January 7, 1929 in Newark, DE. She is the daughter of the late Samuel V. and the late Essie (Tweed) Robinson. Her husband, Emile DeCleene predeceased her 1976.

A longtime Hunterdon County resident, she worked as a cook for the Clinton Deli and the Clinton Elks. Beloved by all who knew her, she was an active socialite at Country Arch for the past five years.

She is survived by her two sons: Emile and wife Bonnie DeCleene of Flemington, NJ and Mark DeCleene and wife Valerie of Bloomsbury, NJ; grandchildren Chloe and Colin and many nieces nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may gather on Saturday September 14, at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809 from 10:00 am until the start of the service at 12:00. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Halstead Street, Clinton NJ.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Marialice's name.
