Obituary of Sylvia S. Graham

Sylvia S. Graham age 67, of Mercer County NJ died Saturday, July 5th 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY surrounded by her loving family. Ms. Graham was born May 8th, 1947 in Somerville, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Parker and the late Beatrice (Fostinis) Snare. She was born and raised in Hunterdon County, NJ and spent her adult life in Mercer County before moving to Cicero, NY a short Time ago. She enjoyed the beach, beautiful sunsets, reading and being outdoors, family gathers and picnic's with her extended family and friends but most of all she loved her time with her children and her cherished grandchildren who knew her as "NoNo". Sylvia is survived by her devoted sons: Scott & his wife Theresa, Timothy & his wife Tammy, Patrick & his wife Niki and Christopher and his wife Amanda and her cherished grandchildren Chelsea, Gia, Courtney, Brandon, Hannah, Sean, Bruce, Casey and Owen. Additional survivors include her beloved brothers Lowell Snare and Lori, Parker Snare and his wife Sherryl. She was pre-deceased by her sister Doris Kicenick and brother James Fostinis. Sylvia also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, godchildren and cherished lifelong friends. Sylvia's Life Celebration will include visitation on Saturday, July 12th from 11:00am to 2:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ There will be a funeral service at 2:00pm also at the funeral home. The interment will immediately follow at the Union Cemetery on Main Street in Lebanon, N.J.
