Obituary of Doris L. Claus

Doris L. Claus, age 90, of Clinton Township, NJ died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Country Arch Care Center in Union Twp., NJ. Doris was born April 3, 1922 in Plainfield, NJ. She was the daughter of the late John J. and the late Freda Claus. She resided in Plainfield, NJ for many years. Doriswas employed as a Bookkeeper by the Treasurers Office of Union County, NJ where she worked for more than 50 years before retiring. She was a 50+ year member of the Order of the Eastern Star - Lydia Chapter #41 in Plainfield, NJ. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Betty Claus, her nephew, John A. Claus; her niece, Julie Claus Hensler and her great-nephews, Tucker & Brayden Hensler. She was pre-deceased by her brother, John H. Claus Jr. in 2004. There will be an Eastern Star graveside service on Saturday, October 27th at 10:00 am at Fairview Cemetery, 1100 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ.
