Obituary of Jess A. Vreeland Jr.

Jess A. Vreeland, Jr., age 32, of Alpha died, along with his wife, Lisa Marie (Bennett) Vreeland, Thursday, March 30, 2006 in Kingwood Twp., NJ from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Mr. Vreeland was born December 5, 1973 in Somerville, NJ. He had been living in Alpha for the past 7 years. He was previously from Lebanon Twp. Jess was employed by Local Union # 475 in Warren, NJ as a Pipe Fitter. He was an active member of Member of the Alpha Volunteer Fire Department. and was an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast. Jess graduated from Voorhies High School in 1992. He is survived by his three loving children: Alex, Devin and Mackenzie, all at home. His parents: Jess Vreeland Sr. and Carol(Wiecenski)Vreeland of Lebanon Twp., NJ; His sister: Christine Vreeland of Sophia, NC; His Maternal Grandmother, Jeanette Beamesderfer of Bridgewater, NJ; Paternal Grandfather, Richard Michael Vreeland of Bridgewater, NJ. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. His paternal grandmother, Frances Vreeland died earlier. Visiting hours will be Monday, April 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 4th at 12 noon at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 6 Church Street, Hampton where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Hampton following the Mass.
