Obituary of Ursula Grefkes

Ursula Grefkes, age 91, of Clinton passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Country Arch Care Center in Pittstown New Jersey. Ursula was born January 9, 1929 in Rees, Germany. Ursula is predeceased by her parents Theodore and Walburga Moessmer Engeln, her loving husband Heinz Grefkes, and adored son Hardy Grefkes.

Ursula was a proud resident of Clinton for over 60 years. She spent her life as a homemaker. Ursula was famous for making her plum cake which she loved to make for family and friends. Ursula was an avid volunteer at the Hunterdon Medical Center. She was a member of the Union Township Seniors Citizen where she made many wonderful friends.

Ursula is survived by her nieces Sylvia Engeln, Phoenix, AZ; Nancy Engeln, Phoenix, AZ; and Rosemary Engeln, Fairview, OR.
