My deepest condolences to the Scheffer and Ambielli families. So many of the posts I've read remarked about Wayde's smile. As his teacher in 1978 at Voorhees High School, I still see that smile! He sat in the second row on the left in the classroom and that smile was perpetual....even when he didn't do his "current events" homework!....in fact his smile got bigger whenever that happened. Seriously, Wayde was a student that I always knew was headed for success in life.
Later, as a member of my Condo Association Board, I reconnected with Wayde through his role as founder and President of Access Management, which was the property company for my community. Everyone I spoke with through the company always spoke so highly of him....and they all talked about Wayde's smile!
As I write this, I know Wayde is looking down and watching over his family, associates, and friends, and smiling that eternal smile of his that always said, "It's gonna be ok".

Such sad news - it's been years since I thought of Wayde, growing up in Califon and sharing a few crazy adventures in high school, ... and I am sorry to only catch up through an obituary. Aimee, it sounds like you had a very good life together, even with its ups and downs; I can't imagine the loss that you and the family are feeling. My sincerest thoughts to you all, going forward... -Jenne

Aimee and family -
Such shocking and sad news of the loss of a great man! We are truly speechless and heart broken of his tragic departure from life.
Wayde and Scott became great friends while studying at Moravian College. Wayde was the best man at our wedding in November of 1988. One of my funniest memories was the first time Wayde walked into my house before the wedding in1989. I had a very friendly Bichon Frise named Pierre. Wayde came into the family room and Pierre went running over to greet him as he did everyone. But to our baffling surprise, Pierre jumped up and nipped Wayde in the groin. Wayde quietly proclaimed with a very calm and steady voice, without missing a beat...... “the little sucker just bit me in the b—-s”. Wayde was the first and only person Pierre ever laid teeth upon. While it shocked and horrified me at the time, we laughed about it over and over again through the years.
On a whim one night, Wayde and Scott came up
with the idea to start a property management company. Just 4 months before our wedding, they founded JAMCO Property Management together. He reassured me that this would be a great venture for all of us. It was definitely an adventure. Scott left the partnership in mid 1994, and JAMCO became Access Property Mgt and under Wayde’s hard work and guidance, Access became a huge success.
Wayde was full of life, had the kindest heart and could make you laugh for hours. It was a gift and blessing just to know him. Our hearts break for you, the family, friends and all who mourn his leaving this world. To Aimee, Alex, Alexandra, Jocelyn and family - May the many loving memories you have of Wayde somehow fill the void in your hearts that his passing has left behind. May those memories comfort you during this difficult time.
Our prayers are offered for Wayde to find peace in his eternal rest. He will be missed, fondly remembered and forever loved.

Amy, the picture is perfect! There wasn't a single time I was in Wayde's presence where he wasn't smiling. His love for his family and friends was evident by the way he greeted all of us with that smile; he always took the time to have a conversation. It doesn't surprise me at all to read that he still had his first Access customer. I, along with a bleacher full of family and friends, will fondly remember Wayde's attempts at making us do the wave as he ran from side to side in front of us. I feel privileged and blessed to have had his friendship. I am praying for health and peace for you and your family during this time of grief.

Wayde was one of the nicest, most sincere human beings I have ever met. He was a wonderful boss. I used to work at Access and left due to being pregnant with twins. I literally just reached out to him the night he passed away. I was heart broken when I heard the devastating news. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I know it is such a hard thing to go through. I lost my only sibling and both my parents. HUGS to you all! ❤
