Obituary of Stanley J. Zlobecki

Stanley Zlobecki, age 69, of Bethlehem Twp., NJ died suddenly, Saturday afternoon, February 9, 2013 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. He was born in Newark, NJ on July 11, 1943 to Teresa Matonis and the late Stanley Zlobecki; Stan was husband to Valerie, whom he married on August 30, 1970; father of Steven Zlobecki and his wife, Debbie from North Carolina, Sandi Glazar and her husband, Greg of Bloomsbury, NJ, grandfather to Shelby and Cooper Glazar; and brother of John Matonis and his wife, Linda, and the late Robert Zlobecki and his surviving wife, Valerie. He is also survived by many loved nieces and nephews. He served in the US Army and worked for Pathmark where he eventually retired after 42 dedicated years of service. Stan enjoyed the majority of his free time on many adventures with his close family and his beloved grandchildren. A casual Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 16th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Asbury Fire House, 410 Old Main Street, Asbury, NJ 08802.
