Obituary of Angela Giambrone

Angela (nee Miccoli) Giambrone, age 83, of Alexandria Township, NJ, passed away Monday August 23, 2021.  Angela was born on August 26, 1937 in Bronx, NY.  She was the daughter of the late Mauro Miccoli and the late Mary (nee DelMonte) Miccoli.

Angela was a 1955 graduate of Roosevelt High School located in Yonkers, NY.  She married the love of her life, Joseph Giambrone Sr., on October 20, 1957.  Together they raised three children; John Giambrone, Joseph Giambrone Jr. and Maria Giambrone, whom she loved dearly.  

Angela had owned several businesses throughout the years.  She enjoyed a good game of poker, cooking, and reading.  Angela was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother and great grandmother.  

Angela is survived by her loving children John Giambrone and his wife Colleen, Joseph Giambrone Jr. and his wife Carol, Maria Giambrone and her companion James Ciabattoni; brothers, Mauro Miccoli and wife Maureen, and Joe Miccoli; grandchildren, Joseph, Megan, Thomas, Diana, Nicolena; great grandchildren, Eliana, and Anthony.

Angela is predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Giambrone, Sr.

Friends and relatives are invited to gather with the family on Wednesday, August 25th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ, 08809. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, August 26th at 10:00 am at Saint Catherine of Siena Church, 2 White Bridge Road, Pittstown NJ 08867. Cremation will follow mass privately by the family.
