I am saddened to hear of Heniretta's passing. At my last visit with her before the pandemic she enjoyed relating her experiences about nursing and World War II, even though her memory was fading she was still able to remember a lot. She and my mother attended nursing school together and it was through my mother that she met her future husband, Adam, who was my mother's brother. I remember being at their house many times for holiday gatherings, and especially fun at Halloween. It was a treat when I was a child to visit my aunt and uncle in the "country".
May God bless and keep you,
Edna Jr.
