Obituary of Ann M. Brown

Ann M. Brown, age 79, of Alexandria Twp., NJ died Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. Mrs. Brown was born July 6, 1928 in Dunmore, Pa. the daughter of the late John and the late Anna (nee Voytek) Luchko. She was an active Member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, their Rosary Society, and their Prayer Shawl Ministry. Ann was also a member of the Quilt Guild of Hunterdon County. Mrs. Brown was a Bank Teller for the former - First National Bank of Central NJ in Pittstown, NJ for many years before retiring. She resided in Alexandria Twp., NJ since 1965 and previous to that; she lived in Newark, NJ and Dunmore, Pa. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, drawing & painting. She is survived by her Sons: Matthew Brown & his Wife, Bonnie of Alexandria Twp., NJ and Robert Brown & his Wife, Erica of Arlington, Va. Additional survivors include: her cherished Grandchildren: Katahdin, Nicholas & Benjamin, her Sister: Lorraine Losa & her Husband, Gene of Arlington Va., her Brother-In-Law: Pasquale Ficcio and his Wife, Camille of Denville, NJ and her Sister-In-Law: Mildred Brown of Toms River, NJ. Ann was pre-deceased by her Husband, Robert Brown in 1972 and her Sister, Clara Ficcio in 1997. Visiting Hours will be Thursday, March 27th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. The Rosary Society will be conducting a Prayer Service at 3:30 pm also on Thursday. There will be a Funeral Mass on Friday, March 28th at 9:00 am at St. Catherine Of Siena Catholic Church, 2 White Bridge Road, Pittstown, NJ #908-735-4024. Family & Friends are invited to meet DIRECTLY at the Church on Friday morning. Interment will take place at the All Saints Cemetery in Hollisterville, Pa. with a 12:00 pm approximate arrival time at the Cemetery gate.
