I will always remember Uncle Milton as a kind and gentle man. He was quiet and curious, always wanting to know and understand all aspects of our conversation. From my early childhood, I remember the excitement of visiting Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Milton, lively conversation, family gatherings and pure kindness. God has called a good man home again.
Poppop used to say "Its a wonderful life" and mean it. Some of the best memories I have from childhood are of Grammuy and Poppop in Glen Gardner. He always had something up his sleeve. Always ready for a good joke or a tease. I love you Poppop...I imagine you in heaven reliving all of your beloved stories from your days "on the farm" in Herkimer..he always loved to tell those stories...
