I took upholstery class with Eileen and shared many weeks of laughter and learning. Her phone always rang with calls from her loving children and family. She always stopped what she was doing to chat. She was a wonderful woman and I am sadded as many are by her untimely death. Heaven has another angel to watch over her loving family. Deepest condolences.
Eileen was such a nice person. I knew her from the HC Polytech. I attended as an adult student.
Eileen will forever live in my heart as caring, loving, and selfless. She didn't just "do her job", she cared about the students past what was in her job description. She always shared a smile with me. It always made my day better.

I met Eileen through Hunterdon PolyTech. She was always very sweet, and had a positive attitude. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. She will be missed.
Eileen & I became "sisters" through breast cancer. I wonder why God chose to take her first, but figure he has something in mind for her. So, I will do what I can here to rid us of this terrible disease. Here's to you Eileen!
I know we haven't seen each other in a long time but I have very fond memories of you and of all of us with our children along w/ Ann and hers. I was the only one left out of that third child syndrome - both you and Ann went ahead and had that third child (both girls) and knowing our history w/ all of us having sons that are 20 daughters that are 18 I was surely destined to have had another girl (if that had been the case). I think of you fondly and will remember all the good times we had once shared. With all of my love to the Specht family and my sincere deepest condolences to everyone.

Growing up together is a very special gift anyone can have. I was lucky to experience that with Eileen. Although our lives parted after High School, I will never forget all the things we learned together and that I am sure she strived to teach her children along the way. Rest in Peace friend.

I remember so much about Eileen having grown up next door to her. One of my favorite memories is when she let her sister Wendy and I into her brand new basement bedroom to hang out and listen to music. I felt so grown up....

I did not know Eileen but have seen her smiling face on the Field Hockey field, routing on her daughter and the team. I know she will be sorely missed by her family and friends and the church community.

I was lucky enough to have the opprtunity to work with Eileen at HCP. Not only was she a co-worker but a friend as well. She would always help me out when I needed her and had good advice. She was a wonderful lady and I will never forget her. My heart goes out to the family. May you rest in peace Eileen. We will miss you terribly.

Eileen fought and lost a horendous battle with all the class and grace of a truly wonderful person. Her family was always number one with her . Our hearts and prayers are with Daniel, Samantha, Stephanie and Chuck. We will miss her.
Though we never met Eileen in person she certainly touched our lives. Her mother & father are our very good friends. Her very courageous battle with cancer will remain a constant reminder to fight the good fight. We know she can be defined by so much more than the cancer she battled & she will remain a bright light in our memory.
