Obituary of Anna Catherine Schmelzer

Anna Catherine Schmelzer, age 76, formerly of Lebanon Twp., passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Warren Haven Nursing in Oxford, NJ. Mrs. Schmelzer was born June 30, 1936 in Bernardsville, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Gustave and the late Anna Catherine (Whitmore) Bearlepp. Anna worked in the cafeteria at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington. She is survived her son, Charles H. Schmelzer of California and her daughter, Edith Schmelzer Gonzalez of Florida and her sister Louise Thomas. She was pre-deceased by her husband Charles in 2004. The visitation will take place Thursday, May 9th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. Following the visitation, there will be a Catholic Blessing at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. The burial will at Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.
