Obituary of Agnes T. Pollitt

Agnes T. Pollitt, age 93, of Raritan Twp., NJ died Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. Mrs. Pollitt was born March 16, 1917 in Polemont, Scotland the daughter of the late Preston and the late Lillias (nee Turnbull) Wood. She was as a homemaker and a part-time office worker. Agnes lived in Raritan Twp., NJ for the past 2 ½ years and previous to that, she lived in Clinton Twp. NJ. Her interest included; music, travel, gardening and spending time with her family. Agnes was also a member of Sweet Adeline's Singing Group. She is survived by her daughter: Catherine Roberts of Lebanon, NJ, her son: Harry Pollitt of New Mexico, her granddaughters, Michelle Daley & Tori MacNair and her great granddaughter, Morgan Daley. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Harry E. Pollitt in 1994 and her son, Michael Pollitt in 1963. All services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
