Obituary of Fredrico Joseph Fischetti

Fredrico Joseph Fischetti, age 87, of High Bridge, NJ passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 at his home. Mr. Fischetti was born July 18, 1923, the son of the late Vincent and the late Pauline Fischetti. He grew up in Plainfield, NJ and lived in Martinsville for 55 years before moving to High Bridge a year and a half ago. He served with the Marines Corps during WWII. Mr. Fischetti worked for PSE&G in Plainfield. He was a Charter Member of the Martinsville Rescue Squad and he was a member of the Marine Corp Legion in South Plainfield, NJ. His hobbies included woodworking and reading. He is survived by his wife: Molly (Cerillo) Fischetti, his sons: Frederick Fischetti and his wife Hope of High Bridge, NJ; Vincent Fischetti and his wife Patty of Kent, Washington; his daughter: Janet Pytko of Howell Twp., NJ; his grandchildren: Katie, Devin, Danielle, Alex and Bethany; and his great-grand daughter, Josephine. Visitation will be on Monday, October 25th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 26 at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in Basing Ridge, NJ.
