I am deeply saddened by the loss of my dear, sweet, niece. I still can't believe she is gone. She was a wonderful person from the day she was born until the day she died. I loved her very much and I am so sorry for my sister, Susan, brother-in-law, Scott and wonderful nephew, Keith. I only hope time will heal us all, but it will take a very long time. Peace be with you, Lindsay! Love always, your Aunt B. :(

It was my priviledge to be a member of the surgical team at Shock Trauma to take care of Lindsay in the OR. A beautiful young woman, like Lindsay, reminds me of how precious life can be. I pray that time will lessen your pain & replace it with fond memories.

I remember Lindsay as a ball of sunshine in the classroom. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone. When talking with other former students I have been told that she continued her life with this sunny positive disposition. I count myself as lucky to have known her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of your beautiful daughter, Lindsay. I can only imagine the pain you are feeling. My daughter, Jessica, went to URI with Lindsay and although I only met her once, I do remember her beautiful warm smile and zest for life. Jessica spoke of her kindness and being "such a nice person." I know she touched many lives in her short time here and has made the world a better place. We will continue to keep your family in our thoughts and prayers.

An amazing young woman who touched the lives of many. What a gift that Lindsay gave so much in friendship and thoughtfulness towards others. It is what we would all like to be said of our lives. She walks with the King now.

Dear Scott, Susan, and Keith and Justin (North), We imagine that the loss of your beloved daughter and sister (and wife), Lindsay, is just beginning to hit you as the shock slowly begins to wear off. Death is never expected at Lindsay’s age; she was just beginning her life and looking forward to her formal wedding this summer with the expectation that she would live forever. We never had the opportunity to meet Lindsay but know that her spirit lives on in her brother, Keith. She surely touched him with all of her optimism and her love of life and her beautiful smile. Keith is our son Greg’s best friend; we got to know him better this summer and are so full of appreciation for the wonderful young man that he is. He too, is full of life, love, and a great smile. His kindness and love overflow; he has touched our entire family. Please know that children are merely loaned to us; they never really belong fully to us. You did a wonderful job raising Lindsay but God has called her home now for reasons we cannot even begin to understand. Certainly, this is one of life’s biggest hurdles - to go on without those we love, but I am very certain that you will see her again in heaven. Please know that you have our sincerest sympathies in your loss and that we all suffer pain and grief - you are not alone. No human being remains untouched by sorrow. We hope for all of you peace and love in your grief. May all of your wonderful memories of Lindsay sustain and comfort you in the days to come and bring you peace, and may Jesus keep you always in his tender loving care. With deepest sympathies and love, The Ramirez family

We are all deeply saddened by the tragic and sudden loss of Lindsay. Most of us did not know her well but what we did know was that she was a young, beautiful, intelligent woman who always had a smile and a nice thing to say. We were all better for knowing her if only in the simplest way during the work day. I do not know why the Lord called her at such a young age, but let's all take a moment today to recall how precious life is and remember how quickly it can be lost. Take a moment to tell your family how much you love them and say a prayer for Lindsay's family as they struggle through this tough time.
