Obituary of Barry M. O'Neill

Barry M. O'Neill, age 75, of Clinton Township, NJ died Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. Mr. O'Neill was born October 31, 1935 in Elizabeth, NJ the son of the late Raymond and the late Carolyn (Woodward) O'Neill. When he was young, family summer vacations were spent in Lake Champlain, VT and Shelburne Falls, MA. Later in life he enjoyed the Poconos and returning to the Adirondacks of NY, spending family summer vacations at Lake George, NY. He graduated Cranford High School and attended the University of Vermont, going on to serve in the United States National Guard where he was in the service band. He became a Computer Programmer employed by Ciba in Summit, NJ, going on to Chubb & Son in Summit, NJ and Warren, NJ. He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Pamela Jeanne (Sanders) O'Neill, his daughter Lauren and his sons, Bryan and Darren. Additional survivors include his sister, Carol Aquilino of Florida and his brother, Robert O'Neill of South Carolina. Visiting Hours will be Monday, February 7th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 8th at 10:00 am at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. The Interment will be at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth, NJ.
