To the Burgess family,
I'm sorry very sorry for the loss of Peter. l went to IHS with Lori but never realized that Peter was her younger brother because I knew him as well. He was such a nice guy and was on IPD with my cousin as well as the Essex-Union County Auto Theft Task Force. I know he will be extremely missed by those who knew and loved him. RIP Peter. I'm sure you're swapping cop stories with my cousin Michael LOL
