James Stanley

Obituary of James Christopher Stanley

It is with great sadness that the Stanley/Paquette family shares the passing away of our amazing son, James Christopher Stanley lovingly known as “Jamie“ on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. He was 38 years old. Jamie was born and raised in Hunterdon County and lived here for most of his life. He graduated from North Hunterdon High School, Class of 2002.

Jamie was an incredibly gifted young man who blessed all of us with his kind and compassionate heart as well as his genuine ability to make all of us laugh. Jamie was so very creative and amused all of us with his amateur films - particularly his “Dip Video”.

Jamie spent the past several years as the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for our family business, Cornerstone Taxi, which is known throughout Hunterdon County.

Jamie is survived by his father, John Stanley, his mother and stepfather, Pam and Steve Paquette, his siblings; Jonathan and Laura Stanley, Ryan and Danielle Stanley, Tim Stanley and Jess Allora, Sean Stanley and Allison Baskin, Sarahjane and Christopher Sandor, David and Sarah Paquette, Anne and Bruce Amey, Bill and Gina Paquette, Michael Stanley, Shea Stanley, and a boatload of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Jamie was predeceased by his brother Devin Stanley.

Although we are saddened by our loss, we are rejoicing knowing that our Jamie is with his Heavenly Father and his beloved Messiah Yeshua.
