My sincerest condolences to Steven's family. He was one of my best friends in School at Matawan. My family moved back to New York after our freshmen year; so we lost touch. He was a truly terrific person; funny, really smart and a great friend. Our birthdays are within a few days of each other; so out of the blue, I just decided to Google him. I was shocked to read of his passing. He and I-- along with two other friends-- were an early version of the foursome on the Big Bang Theory.
Again, my deepest condolences.
May he rest in peace.

It was my privilege to have known Steve as my classmate at the University of Denver Publishing Program in the summer of 1978. He shared his wit, sense of humor and love of music and baseball. He even wrote a brilliant satirical song about the program that he performed to the delight of his fellow students. Following our graduation we drove east on a wonderfully memorable journey that took us to Wrigley Field, Tiger Stadium, and The Baseball Hall of Fame in a span of 72 hours. We met once more in New York the following year for a Yankee game. I miss my old friend and mourn his passing. My condolences to his family and friends.

Hello
I was a colleague of Steve and appreciated his wit and humor, and his business acumen. The month of March was very special to Steve as he enjoyed the NCAA Basketball tournament. My condolences to his family on his passing.

I had the honor of working with Steve at Zoetis. He was respected by all for his knowledge and leadership, while being such a kind and unassuming person. I offer my sincerest condolences to his family. Peace be with you all.

"Kind and Loving" only begin to describe the depth of Caring that friends felt from this compassionate soul. He was "better to me than I was to myself", and will be missed until I see him again in Glory( he knows the quoted reference).
