Obituary of Nancy Jane Rose

Nancy Jane (nee Greenfield) Rose, age 89, of Stamford, CT, passed away June 14, 2023. Born June 23, 1934, in Hackensack, NJ, Nancy was the daughter to the late Dr. Arthur Greenfield and the late Jane (nee Van Saun) Greenfield.

Nancy was a graduate of Hackensack High School. She went on to further her education attending Averette College located in Denville, VA.

Nancy enjoyed reading, playing tennis, and lunch dates with her friends. She gave her time volunteering at the Stamford Hospital gift shop.

Nancy is survived by her nieces, Kathleen Arndt, Kristen Kuennen, Kendra Zalewski; and nephew John Greenfield.

Nancy is predeceased by her brothers, Robert Greenfield and his wife Diane, John Greenfield and his wife Linda; nieces, Susan McCue, Tracy Greenfield; and nephew, John Brian Greenfield.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 24^th, at 11:00 AM at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809. Interment will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery, located in Pittstown, NJ. To send condolences to the family, please visit www.martinfh.com
