Captain Mosca was present when I took my physical agility course back in 1980 to become a Firefighter. I was bothered because one of the course monitors who was timing my event, didn't stop his stopwatch when I completed the course. Captain Mosca seeing me upset, came down and said to me don't worry because I had done good and that I was going to be a Firefighter. Those words resonated in my head for 4 yrs until on Nov. 13, 1985 was finally sworn in as a Hoboken Firefighter, unfortunately Captain Mosca was already retired when I got sworn in but, I did see him at a Firefighter event and I said Sir, I am Frank Guzman and I wanted to Thank you for your encouraging words at the test site when you saw me stressing over the monitor's negligence, and he said you see, I told you that you were going to be a Hoboken Firefighter, he then congratulated me and wished me the best of luck, never to see him again, but I always brought the story up whenever his name was mentioned. My Deepest Sympathy and Sincerest Condolences to the entire Mosca Family, may he ""Rest In Peace" Another Angel in the Lords Kingdom and may God have him in His Glory Now and Always... Blessings Always... Peace OXOXOXOXOX
Until we meet again, my Brother "It's Time To Rest" Captain
I Salute you!
