Obituary of Dolores W. Schubert

Dolores W. Schubert, 86 years, of Long Valley, NJ, passed away on Friday August 9, 2024, at the Morristown Medical Center. She was born on September 27, 1937, in Lopatcong, NJ, and was the daughter of the late Earl and the late Jennie May (née Young) Waldron.

Dolores married the love of her life, Henry J. Schubert on March 6, 1955. Together they worked on their farm, Willow Grove, where they raised their 5 daughters. Dolores was a hardworking and caring wife and mother. She enjoyed reading and doing word puzzles. She will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

Dolores is survived by her daughters, Karen L. Burd and her husband John, Gwen Cryan and her husband Gregory, Dolores Yaple and her husband Peter and Heidi J. Ort. Also surviving are her grandchildren, John Burd and his wife Jasmine and Jason Burd and great grandchild Faith.

Dolores was predeceased by her husband Henry, daughter Henrietta Schubert-Campbell, sister May E. Waldron and parents Earl and Jenny Waldron. 

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, Aug 16th at 11:30 AM at Fairmount Cemetery, located on Fairmount Road, in Califon. Arrangements are under the care of Martin Funeral Home, Clinton NJ. To send condolences to the family please visit www.martinfh.com
