Obituary of Amalia Fischetti
Amalia Cerrullo-Fischetti (Molly), passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Runnells Specialized Hospital in Berkeley Heights, NJ. She was 91. Born May 15, 1920 in New York City she was the daughter of the late Carmen and the late Ann (DeCurtis) Cerrullo. She grew up in New Providence, then lived in Martinsville for over 55 years.
Molly raised many foster children through the years. She worked at RCA for many years and then worked at CR Bard. Her hobbies were gardening and sewing.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Pytko of Howell, NJ, her sons, Vincent Fischetti & his wife, Patty of Kent, Washington and Frederick Fischetti & his wife, Hope of High Bridge, NJ. Additional survivors include her cherished grandchildren; Katie, Danielle, Devin, Alex & Bethany and her great-granddaughters; Josephine & Molly. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frederico J. Fischetti in 2010.
The Visitation will take place Tuesday, February 7th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Funeral Service held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 8th at also at the Funeral Home. The Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Bernards Twp., NJ.
