His smile was contagious and his wit and charisma were adored. I was blessed to have known him as almost a second father when Erin and I were trying to find our place in our college years. He would keep us on our toes!!

Dixie was a wonderful brother-in-law to me and a wonderful Uncle to my children Mark and Michele. The family gatherings we had were with laughter and he set such a great example of what is was to be a caring human being. Time will never erase these memories and my heart will always love him.

I have many fond memories of Cousin Dixie.
Our special traditional family visits at both Easter time and Christmas time, our fun times during the summer in The Poconos as well as down the Jersey shore in Wildwood.
I enjoyed the many times we watched sporting events together.
His love for family, his caring for others, his smile, and his sense of humor
will certainly be missed.
