Joe Martin was a Very Nice man ,Truthful ,Honest, a real GREAT person . He Frank , Julia ,were in touch, about Union Township. Joe was all about Union Township. Mr. Kerry and Joe would meet at Johnnys Truck Stop every Morning for coffee and a muffiin he is up there with all his good friends. RIP JOE you were areal GENTLEMAN .
