Obituary of Henry Bundt Jr.

Henry Bundt Jr., age 83, of Clinton Twp died Monday, February 29, 2016 at home on his farm surrounded by his loving family. Henry was born July 19, 1932 in the same home he passed away in. He is the son of the late Henry Sr. and the late Anna (Brohan) Bundt. Henry was a lifelong dairy farmer running the family farm. He was a true outdoorsman and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His sense of humor was unmatched. In 2013 Henry and his wife Elsie had their names added to the Honor Roll of Distinguished Farmers by the Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead Museum. Henry was also a member of the National Farmers Organization and the Farm Bureau of Hunterdon County He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-eight years: Elsie(Lettenmaier) Bundt Jr. , four daughters: Ellen Supple of Lebanon, NJ, Gloria Kelson of Annandale, NJ, Sandi Kern of Alpha, NJ, Heidi Spangler of Delhi, NY and two sons: Ken Bundt of Lebanon, NJ, Jamie Bundt of Milford, NJ; also surviving is his sister Ellie Wegener of VA and his thirteen grandchildren. His twin brother, Ed Bundt predeceased him in February 2015. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Henry's Life on Friday, March 4 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ 08809. Interment will be held privately by his family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Henry's memory may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive Flemington, NJ 08822.
