Obituary of Fanny Pinos

Fanny Pinos (aka ETE), age 80, of Springfield NJ died Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at home in Springfield. Fanny was born September 7, 1935 in Cali , Colombia . She is the daughter of the late Simeon and the late Himelda (Escobar) Ortega. After marrying her husband of fifty-four years, together they moved to America and settled in Springfield NJ. She was a hairdresser for over sixty years, currently working at the Short Hills Salon and had many cherished clients. Fanny also enjoyed spending time with her husband at the Sands. Her family was her world especially her grandchildren Michael and Danielle. Fanny is survived by her loving husband Salvador; daughter Angela Iwaskow and her husband Michael; Brothers Armando, Simeon, Oscar, Guillermo, Neiver Ortega. Also surviving is her beloved granddaughter Danielle Iwaskow and beloved grandson Michael Iwaskow and his fiancee Jennifer Coolidge; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends and relatives may gather on Friday July 1, 2016 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton NJ 08809. A mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 2 at Immaculate Conception Church, 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale, NJ. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery. Everyone is to meet directly at church on the morning of the funeral.
