It’s been since the 1980s since I’ve seen Barbara. My family moved to High Bridge the year I was born in 1973 and we leaved on Beaver Street next door to the Repka’s. Barbara was my brother, Scott and I’s Godmother and Mr. Paul was our Godfather. I just awoke to a dream of my childhood and Barb was in it. I have fond memories of her and Mr. Paul. I was sorry to read of her passing, she was a sweet ol’ girl. RIP Godmother

Dear Paul-I'm so sorry to see that your Mom has passed away. I never met her, but, she sounded like a real nice person who was well liked by all. I'm sure she died being proud to call you her son. The NHRHS Class of 1975 also sends their condolences. May she rest in peace. ---Sincerly, Chris Sakos

Dear Repka Family,
I am deeply saddened by Barbara's passing. When she lived in High Bridge, she used to come by my house on Friday nights just to hangout in the garage with a bunch of other neighbors. Barbara loved going out to eat with the High Bridge Women's Group. She loved spaghetti and meatballs. On my last visit to her a week before she passed, I asked her if she wanted to go to Walmart. She smiled and laughed. I will miss that smile and laugh.
Sincerely,
Donna Connell

Dear Jim, Russ, Joe and extended family,
Your mom was such an inspiration to me. Her easygoing nature, strength and independence were hallmark traits that I strive to emulate. I met her through the High Bridge Women's group. She was always there to help, advise and keep us laughing. She will be sorely missed.
With my sincere sympathy,
Chris Marx
