Obituary of Antoinette B Cassano

After a long illness Antoinette B. Cassano of Lebanon Township, NJ previously of Fords and Elizabeth NJ passed away peacefully on January 3, 2018 alongside her loving family. Antoinette was born in Elizabeth, NJ on February 2, 1942 to the late Michael Jazesf and Ninfa DiDia Jazesf of Elizabeth, NJ. She grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and is a graduate of Battin High School class of 1960. In 1963 she married her junior high school sweetheart Gerald J. Cassano. They resided in Elizabeth, NJ then later moved to Fords, NJ and finally to Lebanon Township, NJ. Antoinette is survived by her loving husband Gerald J. Cassano of Lebanon Township; son Brian J. Cassano of Deltona FL; daughter Renee Ollerenshaw and husband Jeff Ollerenshaw of Lebanon Township; daughter Donna Cassano of Washington, NJ; and four grandchildren. Antoinette is remembered as a fighter. Her strength and faith were abundant. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of the Rosary Society at Our Lady of the Mountain Church and was known for her cream puffs. She was also a Bingo and Mahjong player for many years. She had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. She will be immensely missed by all who knew her and loved her. A Celebration of Life will be held on February 3, 2018 at Lower Valley Presbyterian Church in Califon, NJ at 11:00 am. Arrangements are under the care of Martin Funeral Home, Clinton NJ.
