Obituary of Janet Louise Hollyfield

Janet Louise Hollyfield, 87, of Stewartsville, N.J. passed away on April 17, 2018 in Raleigh, NC.  A Memorial Celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, N.J. 08809 from 3 until 6 PM.

Burial will take place on Friday, May 4th at 11:00 AM at Clover Leaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge, N.J.

Janet was born in Newark, NJ to Anna and Edwin Schwarz on September 26, 1930.  She graduated from Columbia High School, Maplewood, Class of 1948.  She married William H. Hollyfield on March 27, 1954 in the Second Reformed Church, Irvington, N.J.  Janet worked at Maximum Security / Securecom for over 30 years.

Janet is predeceased in death by her husband William and her parents Anna and Edwin.  She is survived by four children: son Bruce and wife Linette of Tucson, AZ, son Brian and wife Lynne of Ovilla, TX, daughter Susan and husband Bobby of Wendell, NC, and son Steven and wife Deirdre of Milford, NJ, brother Edwin and wife Marsha of Fenton, MI.  She is also survived by her seven beloved grandchildren: Michelle, Maggie (Brian), Amanda, Katie (Joe), Kyle, Katlin and Erin and three adored great grand-daughters, Jamie, Jenna and Kennedy.  Cousin Arlene Miicke and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
