My condolences to all who loved Marci, to all family and friends.
The first day we met Marci picked up one of my books and did an impromptu performance, turning it into crazy manic gibberish. We met through Jimmie, who we both loved, and who is now gone. I'm pretty sure you are enjoying a drink and a smoke together somewhere by now.
Marci, my friend, who made it to my 2014 book party although socializing was still challenging, who called me every day when I had pneumonia, we were each other's confidantes, and trustworthy friends.
We don't get that many like Marci.
You visited me yesterday in my thoughts and a few hours later I read your obituary.
