Walt, I knew you only for a short time, but in those brief meetings, and from the stories sib Cindi had told me, I knew you were a man who loved life and cared deeply about others. But little did I know then that in such a short time, I would be given the privilege of speaking your eulogy. I was allowed to look into your unique life through the eyes of those who loved you and also through your wonderful artwork. The man I came to know was uncomplicated, intelligent, a true friend to all, gifted in art, humorous, thoughtful and you loved your family very much. But the most amazing thing to me, was the way you lived your life in quiet faith and love for God, allowing your daily deeds and loving service to others, along with the simple wooden cross that you always wore, to speak much louder than words ever could. You have inspired me Walt...and I am very grateful. I'll see again "bro" in our Father's house, and we'll talk again.</b></font><br><br>
