Jay and Grayson, Bob and I are sending a huge amount of love to you both. We loved Melissa dearly, her humor was infectious and she had a very special way of knowing exactly how to make you have that delayed grin. Please know that she holds a very special place in our hearts always.

I have cherished a truly deep connection with Lissa for 50 years. My college roommate for three years, Liss was a fast friend; we bonded from the moment we met and never let go. So smart, so caring, so thoughtful, Lissa was the dearest friend anyone could hope to have. Our conversations were always hard to end because we still had so much to share.
She was deeply in love with her husband, Jay, and her son, Gray. They literally lighted her life with joy and purpose.
I am profoundly sorry that our conversations have been cut short. But I feel very lucky indeed that she lighted my life with laughter and a whole lot of love. You will be with me forever, dear Liss.
