A weak man basically.
Was hooked up and controlled by the wrong group of crooked devious women at AT&T in Piscataway NJ 1987-88.
I was there as an AT&T AE.
He bit the hand of loyal dedicated AT&T Account Executives that fed him at a 200% rate to placate a few.
It was quite the "Fad".
Threw solid loyal Sales people under the "BMW".
But other than that a pretty decent guy.
John was my boss during my years at Lucent and Avaya. He gave me much guidance and helped me succeed in my job. He was a kind and considerate person. I enjoyed working with him.
The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any manʼs death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

Eileen, Maureen & Mike - we were so deeply saddened to hear of John's passing. I feel lucky to have gotten the chance to get to know him these past few years. He was truly a wonderful man who was so devoted to his family and will be missed by all of us. Our neighborhood won't be the same without him around. We love you all and are here for you. Our memories date back to 1983 when John, Eileen, Sean and Maureen became our neighbors in Hampton. We watched each others children grow up and stayed in touch as parishioners at St. John Neumann. We will always remember John as a helpful neighbor, model husband and father. He touched our lives. God Bless
