Obituary of Eric Demetrius McNair

Eric Demetrius McNair, 55 of Stewartsville, N.J. passed away on March 18, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. A graduate of The College of New Jersey in 1990, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. since 1987, Eric met his devoted wife, Donette, while attending TCNJ, they married in 1997. Eric had a long career with Plymouth Rock Assurance as a Senior Property Field Adjuster. Eric also had his Certification as a Safesport Trained Coach, and enjoyed coaching youth Basketball. He coached middle school basketball right up to the end of his life. Eric was a loving husband and father, he enjoyed spending time with family & friends. Eric loved people. He was a man of great faith and was an active member of the Garden State Church of Christ. He loved sharing his faith with the world. Eric is survived by his wife Donette, daughter Niyah and son Darius. He also leaves his mother, Barbara McNair, brother, Maurice McNair, cousin, Dwayne Corbett, his uncle James Johnson, aunts Frances Corbett & Vanita Johnson, sister's in law, Renee D'Almeida, Donna McNair, Jacqueline Davis, brother in law Mark D'Almeida as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
