I am so sorry to learn about the passing of Lynn. I talked to her many times at the HC YMCA. She was such a nice person and so courageous, always dealing with health problems but never giving up. Continued to swim as often as she could until her last surgery.
She loved swimming and also loved her son so much. She spoke of him often and about him earning his Eagle Scout award. She was so proud of him.
I will miss her and her positive attitude. God Bless Lynn and her family.

I only knew Lynn for a short time. In the 6 yrs we were neighbors we had countless conversations about everything and anything. She was a great friend, she had a heart of gold and I feel honored to have met her and be her friend and am a better person for knowing her. Lynn will be greatly missed. I Peter and I fondly remember our conversations with Lynn after Sunday services. Lynn was a lovely and interesting person...and after reading her obituary, I found that she was even more spectacular. Besides being the only person I know who actually banded birds, her sweet humility masked her many accomplishments. She will be especially missed.

Lynn was a beautiful person; so kind-hearted, humble, genuine, and truly concerned for all around her. She was my dear friend in Allendale, and I remember spending many days and evenings at your home during our adolescent years. You were all so kind, and it is clear that Lynn carried on that same family trait of warmth and inclusion. My heart and soul go out to you all and I will hold Lynn true to my heart.
