Gerry meant so much to all who knew him; he was a gift. Every memory that I have of Gerry brings a smile or a shout of laughter: listening to Monty Python records at our house, watching Saturday Night Live, singing "Tomorrow" from the Annie musical, Gerry inviting us to his house to make homemade noodles, and, of course, Catholic Youth Group, and Fishers of Men youth choir. Hiking at the Delaware Water Gap, heading to one of any number of malls on a Sunday, or just hanging out in the neighborhood, Gerry was the spark of life in any group.
You Are There
He gave himself fully to Life, and now Life is full of Gerry;
Now there is no place that Gerry is, and there is no place that Gerry isn't.
Dear friend of my youth, I love you and miss you.
Eva Ennis

Dear Magaleski Family,
I am saddened to hear the news of Gerry's passing. I send you my sincere sentiments at this very difficult time.
My brother, John Ennis, and I were classmates with Gerry from 8th grade through High School.
Gerry was a wonderful, happy person. We enjoyed the times we spent together. I have so many memories of the good times we had. He loved to discuss favorite foods and recipes. He had quite the passion. One time he told us to ask the Pizza place in town to make Stromboli. I didn't even know what a Stromboli was at the time so Gerry explained it to us. He knew so much of the latest delightful foods. It is no wonder he became a chef.
I know he rests in God's Glorious, Loving, Peaceful Light. May God bless and comfort you all.
Sincerely, Eleanor(Ellie) Ennis Borges.
