Deepest condolences to Lois and the whole Anderson family. I really wish I could have been there to support you all earlier this week, but I had family obligations.
I really loved Charlie like a brother, because I was fortunate that he treated me like one. I spent so much time with him back when he lived with my brother Adam, we became quite close. I learned so much and had so many laughs and good times that I'll never forget. From yelling at the nightly news on TV ("give me a break!"), to the yearly master classes on OCD Christmas wrapping for all of Alyson and Matthew's gifts...absolutely hilarious. Man, he loved those kids. I only...and deeply...regret that we just fell out of touch as we moved on with our lives. I'm just blessed he was a big part of it for a good long stretch.
I will keep him in my prayers and in my heart forever. A wonderful, intelligent, caring main that helped me become the man I am. Thank you, Charlie. See you on the other side.
I was very sorry to hear of Charlie's passing through my brother Adam. The day before I heard I was thinking of Charlie and made a mental note to ask Adam about him. Very strange how these things happen.
I will always remember the years I spent hanging out at the Piscataway house before we all started moving on in our lives. Charlie was like a father figure to us all. He was the calming voice on reason in so many situations. He was always a class act and that's how I will remember him.
Our condolences go out to the whole clan. Stay strong in your faith and take joy out of the times you had with Charlie.

Growing up with Charles on Pacific Street in Plainfield was a wonderful experience. He always was on the lookout to take care of Kathy and Edward and the rest of the many, many kids on the block.

Dear Charlie, Thanks for being there in good times (our bowling team, and when we went blueberry picking and you always picked the biggest ones in your bucket), and your constant moral support to Ed and me in our lives. When my Dad passed away suddenly you were there to support my Grandma, Mom and me at my mother's house when it happened. I thank you for all your love and care always given.
